You have a revised plan to navigate the new normal, but how do you make sure the business change actually happens? How do you make sure the new business model delivers the benefits it needs to? This course helps you, the CFO, be both instigator and executioner of business change.

We take a look at the whole business change process and look at ways to make the business team act differently. Understanding the relationship between business changes and the benefits they deliver, is vital. Making change happens depends on people, process and systems all working together and we consider how these cannot be addressed in isolation to each other.

In the current climate its likely you are, out of necessity, getting more and more involved in business transformation. It’s likely that your finance background has involved you in different aspects of business change in the past, but it’s likely you have never had any formal training in how to lead change. This one day course will give you tools and techniques to help you with your new challenges.

At the end of this seminar participants you will:

  • Have practical business change methods you can take back to your business
