IASeminars CEO to Join Lord Mayor’s Official Visit to Four African Countries

Marc GardinerMarc Gardiner, CEO of IASeminars, has been invited to join the small business delegation accompanying the Lord Mayor of the City of London in his forthcoming October 2015 official visit to several different African countries.

The Lord Mayor of the City of London, Alderman Alan Yarrow, will visit Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa and Mozambique from 1-15 October 2015.

The overarching objective for the visit is to support and promote the UK-based financial and related professional services sectors, with a focus on areas such as:

  • Infrastructure development / financing and PPP
  • Capital market development
  • Corporate governance
  • Legal services
  • Insurance
  • Education, training and qualifications

Engagements planned for the delegation include meetings with senior business and political leaders in all countries visited, plus trade events and networking receptions.
