We are delighted to announce that experienced consultant and trainer, Victoria Bainbridge, is joining us to present a free Public Financial Management (PFM) webinar!

Here are the details:

Title: Performance evaluation and accrual accounting in PFM
Date: Wednesday, 28 September
Time: 1pm UK time

Managing public sector financial resources is increasingly complex. This webinar will consider some key modern developments in public financial management (PFM) to meet demands placed on scarce resources, using real-life examples, and exploring some emerging topics that will allow further development in the field.

The webinar will look at how financially oriented performance measurement is integral to budget setting and review, and how it is increasingly used to support specific goals.

It will also look at the increasing adoption of accrual accounting and how the enhanced financial information it provides has enabled improved financial management and sustainability, and therefore also greater transparency and accountability. It will touch on how this also provides a basis for future development of further information on resources consumed by the public sector in delivering its services.

We are offering one CPD/CPE credit per session to all attendees.

Sign up now and be sure to mark the date in your diary. We’re looking forward to seeing you on 28 September.
