The Personal Touch

Monday 4 March 2019

We’ve all had the frustrations of call centres; so many options before you speak to a human being. Or an email correspondence with a generic email address, where your questions are being answered by many members of staff with no knowledge of you and your needs.

Often in the world of corporate training course fees are paid by your employer. But does that mean however that you should receive general responses for training that doesn’t really meet your needs? At IASeminars our team respond quickly and carefully to every customer enquiry – we don’t use templates, and work to understand exactly what you want. You connect with one of our team, who remain your first point of contact throughout – many customers keep that contact for years to come after, returning for regular courses.

One reason that IASeminars have such a great customer retention rate is the personal touch we offer for each and every person we have contact with. We get to know you and develop a rapport. We regularly hear of career moves, promotions, new babies, house moves - we love developing these relationships with our clients.

You can be confident that we won’t recommend courses which don’t suit your needs. For in-house training, we always tailor the content to meet your unique requirements. For public courses, we ask about your expectations, experience and training needs so that your instructor can source and discuss examples which are relevant to your industry or sector at your course.

Many attendees will come to our classes in a different country, even a different continent, to ensure a good networking opportunity. Understandably, you might want to bring your family on the trip – so let us know about that! We can work with our venue hotel to try to accommodate all your needs and make it as easy as possible for you to undertake your training but also have fun at the same time!

We pride ourselves on being a people focused organisation. Our wonderful staff have been with us for many years now and take pleasure in helping you progress through your career. Helen and the team look forward to hearing from you in the future!
