IPSAS License Agreement signed between IFAC and IASeminars

Tuesday 1 July 2014

"To Whom it May Concern

The International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) confirms that it has entered into a licensing agreement with IASeminars for the use of excerpts from the official IFAC copyrighted English, Spanish and French versions of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSASs) in both print and online format, for the purposes of delivering IPSAS training courses and related educational material. IPSASs are developed by the International Public Sector Accounting Standards Board (IPSASB), an international standard setting board supported by IFAC.

IFAC does not endorse (and is not responsible for) any product or service of IASeminars. IASeminars furthermore acknowledges IFAC's rights in its Trademarks and Service Marks and IFAC acknowledges IASeminars' right to refer to IFAC and the IPSASB during the term of the license agreement and subject to the conditions contained therein for educational purposes only.
