We love it when you tell us we are doing well! But we are continually learning from you about what we can do more and what we can do better.
Just last month, Richard Starkey, our CEO and Helen Gallon, our Chief Customer Officer, met with IPSAS and IFRS course attendees in London and heard that the main criteria for your choice of course is quality - so you like to see the and to get referrals from others who have been in our classrooms before. All of this reassures you about the quality of the training we provide. Other comments included that you enjoy seeing the full course information openly available on our website (without needing a sign-in or waiting for an email). Is this course for me?
Who attends our courses? That's a question we see arise from time to time. Not all our course participants are accountants! At a recent 5-day IFRS Fundamentals course, of the 8 attendees, half were accountants and half were not. All were obtaining great value and benefit from attending the course - and from sharing their stories with the others in the room.
If you have any doubts about whether one of our courses is suitable to you, please raise those doubts with us. Our customer services team will refer your message to a relevant member of our Faculty for their advice and guidance. It doesn't happen often, but if a course is not right for you, we'll tell you, don't worry! But more likely your instinct for the choice was correct and our instructor can give you the reassurance you need - maybe even tell you a story of similar situations of course participants in the past.
