IASeminars' CEO Marc Gardiner will be participating in a UK Government Trade Mission in late March 2015, visiting several key African countries.
The Trade Mission will include time in both South Africa and Tanzania, and it emphasises Scottish Oil & Gas expertise - see the related . For the record, IASeminars staff are mostly based in Scotland and we offer a number of financial training courses for the energy sector.
In addition to the above, Gardiner will also meet UK government trade representatives in each of those five African countries as well as members of the African CFA community and also various important IASeminars clients and business partners.
IASeminars has experienced strong demand in recent years from across Africa for its , and already has over 200 different African client organisations from some 30 different African countries. The company is therefore working on a long-term strategy to service the expected growth in demand for professional education in Africa, which will include offering courses in a number of African countries.
Gardiner said:
"Africa is one of the fastest growing regions of the world - between 2011 and 2015, seven of the 10 fastest growing economies in the world are expected to be in Sub-Saharan Africa. It is also the world's second-largest and second-most-populous continent, making it full of business opportunities including in the professional education sector where we are active".
