    Andrew Naude is a founding Director of Moore Stephens Corporate Finance in South Africa, a member firm of Moore Stephens International. Andrew is a specialist IFRS advisor to Moore Stephens’ audit practice as well as assisting numerous South African and multi-national companies with IFRS-related assignments. Andrew’s areas of expertise include acting as independent expert in mining-related transactions, valuations of mining firms and related mineral resources, capital raisings, restructurings and business combinations. Andrew has also advised on the practical implementation, interpretation, accounting and disclosures for numerous IFRS standards, and regularly runs in-house workshops for companies on IFRS-related issues. Since 2008, Andrew has advised three UK AIM listed mining firms in obtaining secondary listings on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, Africa’s largest financial exchange. Before co-founding Moore Stephens Corporate Finance in South Africa, Andrew was with KPMG for 8 years, where he worked on a number of IFRS, UK and US GAAP advisory assignments. Andrew also has transaction experience working in a niche corporate advisory environment. Andrew is a member of the South African Institute of Charted Accountants and is a registered IFRS specialist with the JSE Limited (Johannesburg Stock Exchange).
